Friends of West Bergen Workshops

Starting in November, West Bergen’s Center for Children and Youth will offer an Anger Management Workshop for children ages 8 – 11. Children will learn to work on their feelings, manage anger and learn coping skills. The group will he held on Tuesdays at 5 PM at the Children’s Center, One Cherry Lane, Ramsey.
